Shipping Info

Following the placing of your order, it will take 3-5 days to process. Once you order has been shipped you will be notified via our automated emailing system. The confirmation email will include shipping details and tracking number which may or may not be active straight away. Our shippings generally takes 10-14 days depending on logistics, freight demand and time of year.

Please make sure you have read this clearly and have noted all points. To return your product, message us directly at (support@winta-co.com). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping item/s over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
