AT WINTA.CO WE WANT YOUR EXPERIENCE TO BE PERFECT!

We are totally bummed if you do not love your purchase! If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date via mail to our return address, warehouse location.

All merchandise purchased online can be returned to our PO Box after your exchange has been approved! Please keep in mind that items returned will be issued as store credit that can be used in our online store. Please note that your store credit code cannot be combined with any other offer.

 *All orders are subject to 48-72 hour processing time in addition to your preferred shipping method. Your order will be shipped as soon as possible.

** Because we work hard to prepare and create your order, there are no cancellations on any purchase.

***  If your item is damaged, defective or incorrect upon delivery, please contact us immediately to arrange a complimentary return to resolve the issue immediately! (info.wintaco@gmail.com)

**** All Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. (This includes items purchased for 20% or more off retail price using promotional codes)

Once your return has been processed, you'll be issued store credit in the form of a gift card.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

The rates may vary for international orders depending on where you live, certain countries add tarriffs after the package has been accepted there.  We are not responsible for these additional costs.  Our shipping rate will be displayed during checkout, before you submit payment.
